A great day!
We finally got our new water heater!
No more electrocutions!
Finally we’re done scampering over to our old, old-basement stink-hole apartment for showers, making ourselves go to the local pool so we could shower there. This took a bit of finagling. Fed up that James kept giving us “maybe next week” answers we (I mean Chris) made a couple phone calls, spoke with one of the school’s deans and boom! After a chat between James, Dean Lee and the university president we had our water heater installed and quickly heating up to Blissfully Hot.
After a month of living here, I finally took a shower in my own apartment. Yipeeeeeeeeee!
