a little coffee

Spring must be coming, although we can’t really feel it yet because the weather gods have decided now is the time for snow.  Anyway, we it because the pride of semi-stray cats in the neighborhood have seriously upped their fighting and crying and screaming.  Tis the season for lovins.  And when they’re not getting it, they’re crying liked a doodle baby who dropped his wee bag of yogurt on the dirty, dirty ground.  It took Chris and I several days of looking outside the window for the tell-tale brightly colored, mismatched patterns of the doodle clothes before we figured out it was all the cats we see romping  through the dry brown grass to the trash bins.

They seem to have quieted down for the night
